Garbage in Town

This article is in reference to the posting about the garbage littering the area surrounding the high school. Not only does grbage cover that area, but the backyards of houses adjacent to the Pearl R. Miller recreation fields. For years, my family and I have been picking up garbage from the students of Pearl R. Miller. If they are going to have dumpsters back there, keep them closed, or hire people to clean up the parking lot and fields in back. Another issue is that people are not using the Port a John located by the fields either. My family and I have witnessed many children and adults doing their business in the woods behind our house. Don't people have the decency to to use the bathroom? It is a horrible thing to be eating your dinner only to see these people doing this. I am outraged by this. If Kinnelon is so big on restoring the town's natural beauty, they're sure not doing a good job.
